The Company is on a growth trajectory with clear organizational goals stated by management. Teams are collaborative with limited turnover. Employees are empowered to complete their work in the way that is most effective for them, with remote and hybrid schedules available.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, internal processes tend to change over time (generally for the better, but still requiring flexibility from employees) and formal training can be limited.

      Pros

      Team is extremely capable, smart, and motivated. Great leadership in the Digital Bank. The work is interesting and I have the tools, data, and resources needed to do my job efficiently and effectively. The remote-work environment gives me the flexibility I need to maintain good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Would be helpful to have a better picture of the longer-term strategic plan (3-5 years) from the enterprise level - seems reactive to market shifts and near-term opportunities. Business units should have a clear picture of how their goals ladder up to those of the broader business.

      Good pay, solid benefits, good HR policies, ample free training, great bonus.

      Cons

      Role misalignment, could use improvement in staff utilization, low annual raise, insufficient transparency on career progression.
