      Management not supportive, Poor Working Conditions, dishonest management, poor work life balance

      Pros

      Salary competitive, flexible work schedule, enjoyed the work and enjoyed co-workers

      Cons

      Leadership did not have integrity, expectations too high for role hired for, no feedback on a regular basis, no performance reviews, culture very poor, and dishonest management. Do not work here. Everyone complains about work life balance. Very poor diversity and no evident diversity goals.

      Pros

      I joined the organization in 2013 and have had the opportunity to work on a lot of exciting initiatives across the bank in addition to my core responsibilities. Two of the things I value most at Forbright are: (1) the smart and collaborative people I’ve gotten to work alongside and (2) the culture of thinking outside the box, producing a high quality product and maintaining work/life balance.

      Fast pace & potential learning curve depending on past experience.
