      A lot of moving parts

      Pros

      In general everyone in the department is great, there's free bagels on Fridays, the company is growing. I'm not swamped with work but I'm not bored either.

      Cons

      Separate departments don't work well together, some managers aren't really involved in making the team better, and we've changed names/ownership multiple times in the last few years. Mostly this meant that the insurance went from pretty good to pretty bad within the time I started and now.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, a good learning experience, bagel Friday. Three weeks of vacation per year. Working conditions are comfortable.

      Cons

      Salary is quite a bit below what it should be. Very stressful - tech support is understaffed resulting in an unmanageable amount of work. Almost requires working overtime (which is HALF TIME) to keep up. Skills are not acknowledged, just the number of case closures and customer satisfaction survey results.

      Pros

      Other than being in the trenches with your co-workers there aren't many positive things to say about this company. They preach we should walk with a swagger because we are an elite security company, but they aren't willing to train their employees properly.

      Cons

      Rushed through training in order to get on the phones and help customers with tech support issues. The training was an absolute joke (notice they do not have a certification that you can achieve through Pearson Vue or Prometric). Management has no technical knowledge of the product whatsoever.
