On behalf of Forcepoint’s Global Compliance & Ethics Director we wanted to comment on this post, which indicates some Forcepoint managers sexually harassed their employees and, despite having knowledge of such situations, the company took no corrective action. It is difficult to read such things about Forcepoint. Any such conduct is fundamentally at odds with our values. We expect everyone at Forcepoint to always treat others with dignity and respect. Reports of failures to abide by these standards are vigorously investigated and Forcepoint employees found to have engaged in such behaviors are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination. Moreover, retaliation against anyone who reports such behaviors is similarly unacceptable and subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate termination. We respect this reviewer's desire for anonymity, but would welcome any information regarding the reported harassment. If the person who made the post to Glassdoor wants, they can anonymously contact Forcepoint’s ethics number (1-866-543-4063) and provide any information they feel comfortable will not compromise their anonymity.
