Well, they do provide a paycheck twice a month

Unfortunately, the Forcepoint product portfolio is just not competitive in the marketplace today. Their largest revenue is from on-prem web proxy's -- which for customers moving to the cloud, are not really required -- or even if they are, can be consolidated on the NGFW. Aside from Web proxy, all the other FP technologies are 6th, or 5th place in their respective market categories at best!

- five weeks vacation - worked with great people in my team

- too many experienced people quitting which leaves a knowledge gap - horrible prioritization of resources (e.g. what is the point of the new center in Boston?)
