I've been with Forcepoint for more than four years, and it's been an incredible journey. Forcepoint truly values work-life balance, offers competitive salaries, and promotes a culture of innovation. The benefits package is top-notch and Forcepoint truly values its employees and their well-being. The leadership team is approachable, and there's plenty of room for career growth. I'm proud to be a part of this organization.

In my time here, I have found no reason to complain. Forcepoint sets the gold standard for what a great workplace should be.

There are no pros to working here. This place drains you of any happiness you have. There is one pro, if you're hired any time soon your salary will be more than any current employee, so at least you'll be getting paid what you should be.

Cons

All of the cons. No morale. No perks. Never treated as a human being , they treat you like a machine that can run 24/7 and doesn't have feelings. Also, you will note the "Ratings" section is blank, that is because they don't even deserve "1" star for any of the topics.
