Pros

Hot and exciting industry, global company, good salaries, decent work/life balance, lots of smart employees who are driven to succeed.

Cons

Toxic behavior and nepotism in the upper echelons of Product team, constant changing of strategy and direction due to company being bought and sold fairly frequently, high turnover with C-level employees (a year or less at the job in many cases), new products being built from scratch only to be abandoned or greatly de-prioritized within a year, not enough women or people of color in leadership positions.

Great Cyber Security Product and a leader in the space.

Cons

Too much mismanagement. There is a lot of work for the amount of pay for mid market and they do not care for you to have attainable metrics. They do not care for you as an individual and do not work with you to be better. Its a boys club and they don’t manage when there is harassment well.

Terrible place to work. No vision or leadership, recently laid off 15% of the people. Place is sinking fast. Avoid like the plague.
