Pros

Good strategy Starting to be seen also by analysts. Good DLP solution, good NGFW solution.

Cons

Channel development is still ongoing. We don't work with big players, which makes it difficult to play in big RFPs. A lot of turnover in the past years.

Great Company, Takes Care of personnel.

Great Pay and people, There was a lot of poor leadership and poor environment left over from the websense days but it feels like that has been cleaned up. The government side has solid business year after year, great leadership, and top notch middle management. Product line is a must for the Government and Forcepoint will be selling these products for a long time.

Nothing significant comes to mind.
