Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we hope that you took the time to fill out our recent survey and shared your feedback as well. When the COVID-19 "Stay at the home shelter" was put in place we immediately allowed all employees to work from home to keep everyone safe and healthy. We added additional mental health benefits that included an additional 80hrs of paid time off for any related COVID 19 time off. We recently added myFP Workplace policy to provide a flexible, balanced approach to where and how we work. We believe this new policy balances the business needs that bring us together in person with the flexibility many of our employees desire to work remotely at least part of their working time. Employees are classified as either Flex, Remote of Office Based. Employees who are classified into Flex or newly classified into Remote are eligible to receive a one-time Office Provision Payment of 500USD. For those who are Office-Based, equipment, or other office-related needs while we remain in a remote working environment continue to be handled on a case-by-case basis.
