      The company puts people first, and is focussed on growing a constructive, relaxed and open culture. This is leading to the creation of a highly collaborative group of strong developers. Technically demanding working environment and provides freedom to innovate.

      Cons

      The fast pace can lead to shorter term compromise, which can be demoralising for developers who aren’t able to adjust to a strategic outlook. It can also be exhausting for some personality types to keep up with the pace of change.
