excessive training (at start and on going) inclusive culture cooperative management style transparent communication promotion opportunities

If any, the Vista acquisition brought many changes in processes and reporting, sometimes difficult to catch up with the changes

Weekend work and days off No Micro management Work from home (for emergencies only) Lots of involvement in different technologies Forcepoint are heading the right direct and investing to build the company and employee welfare Recognition programme in place Superb Principal Engineer onsite to facilitate technical development, case management and encompass "esprit de corps"

statistical based performance - Forcepoint to IRON out with Talent Management or transitional management (UK terminology) Not enough time to learn products in order to deliver seamless support "Multi-tasking * Multi-tasking" Lack of cases on days.....
