Pros

Company has been very flexible with work since the start of Covid-19.

Cons

Management has made it quite clear they are willing to sacrifice employee benefits so they can meet their goals. 3 years ago: They reduced the 401k benefit. 2 years ago: They reduced all raises, cancelled any promotions, etc. This year: They cancelled all 401k matching till 2022. After 5 years of telling us we would get a sabbatical leave they cancelled it a few months before anyone would be eligible. They use the pandemic as an excuse while the numbers show the company is doing quite well. Note: They did all this while giving big bonus' to upper management. That's not cool. I would think twice before starting to work here. It's sad when you lose trust in your leaders. I wish I had started a career with a different company.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback – we most definitely read and listen. We hope that you also provided feedback in our recent engagement survey in addition to posting on this site. You can also provide feedback directly at feedback@forcepoint.com. In this unprecedented year where COVID-19 has changed the way most companies have had to operate and its global economic impact will likely continue beyond 2020 Forcepoint has remained committed to protecting our jobs and continuing to hire critical positions. During this challenging time we have also protected paychecks, meaning no furloughs, salary or bonus reductions, and ALL of our non-commissioned employees are included in our Corporate Bonus program.
