Pros

some opportunities to touch cool tech... if you're on the right team

Cons

politics, egos, "leaders" trying to create small empires that prevent proper collaboration. horrible C level with communication and direction, good staff leaving on weekly basis, morale is really low in US.

Pros

There are some very good people trying to do the right things here.

Cons

Where do I start. C-level Executives seem to be a revolving door, except for the CEO, I wonder why? The benefits are terrible. The first line SE management is ineffective because the top line SE management is sorely under experienced and not effective. WW SE management pays too much attention to Europe and not enough to the North America team. Performance goals are not individually assigned and therefore not relevant and are of no value to the employees job. Executive Sales management for commercial has an unrealistic view of how to motivate. There are two products that are worth while, the others are just place holders that can't really compete with the industry. Constant change in focus and strategy. Training really needs to be better staffed and run. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.

Have to be in a good bubble

Pros

If you can find a good bubble within the org, things aren't too bad. But overall the company is a mess. Constant change allows for significant career growth - if you're in the right place at the right time. Some really good people, but most of the good ones are out or on their way out

Cons

Lack of real leadership, being able to trust leadership. Can't keep anyone in upper level jobs (between firings and jumping from a sinking ship) Culture has become absolutely terrible. No one seems to really understand what direction to go. Favoritism is very common. Often too much work for too few people, especially as the company continues to have an attrition issue
