- Great Work/Life Balance - Relaxed work environment - Your voice matters when an issue arises - Generous salary - Management takes opinions/concerns seriously Overall, I'm very satisfied with working for this company. They treat their employees well and offer many perks to keep their employees committed for the long-haul. I highly recommend working for this company.

Pros

Good work/life balance Relaxed environment Lots to learn

Cons

Recently were acquired and a lot of penny pinching going on currently. Over 200 sudden layoffs (in the middle of covid, great timing) and probably more to come. Pay is pretty bad, especially after being acquired. Bonuses pretty low and no stock options. Projects change pretty quickly and you could end up working on something totally outside what you were hired for and your interests/skill set.
