      Pros

      Good place to get your foot in the door doing AV integration, sales, and design in the church and corporate markets. Mr. Ford reviews every proposal, so the customer and the employees have a decent safety net.

      Cons

      There is a form for everything, much like the US government. The employee turnover rate is unhealthy. If you don't impress quickly and fit the Ford mold, you are terminated. Employees are expected to clean the bathrooms!

      Teh best reasons for someone to work at Ford AV would be the feeling of stability in our market, good management direction and ability to grow.

      Cons

      Some see a small company as a con however the size of the company does not matter, it is the direction they are going in and the ability to grow in this unstable market.

      Pros

      Focus on providing good systems and quality installations. When problems occur, we make them right. Training and Knowledge development is important. Mr. Ford is very knowledgeable and a great leader

      Cons

      Benefits are crap and perks are non-existent. No vacation until 1 year employment, then you get a week. 2 weeks vacation after 2 years employment. You have to work 15 years before you get the next bump to 3 weeks. Forms Forms Forms. Its easy for the processes to detract from actually doing your job.
