Computer systems from the late Jurassic period, a tyrannical CEO, a President who only cares about Engineers, Executive leadership with no real qualifications other than being friends or children of the owners. This is the Mickey Mouse Club attempting to run a business. Deceptive hiring practices, abusive CEO, no structured review and merit increase schedule, if you ask for a review and raise you'll get fired, compensation is so far below standard it's laughable (max of 120K for Sr Project Mgr with PMP is a kick to the groin), and you only receive full profit sharing on a rolling 7-year wait period - no one in their right mind or with actual skills can stand the organization long enough to receive these so the CEO pockets the money. This place is a train wreck with abusive and discriminatory staff, policies, and practices.

The rules and policies to suck the life and money out of you. Literally any chance they get they will make you pay for almost everything on a job. (i.e. Tools) The profit sharing as with the PTO program is a joke.
