Pros

They get many impressive jobs/clients due to their size and longevity.

Cons

Many other reviewers have touched on them. Here's just a tiny portion: Low pay Toxic work environment Nano-management (Micro-management would be a huge improvement) Unbelievably bad PTO and 'profit sharing' plans Bullying employees to leave positive reviews here (Ignore any 1-line reviews) Making employees personally financially responsible for everything including desk, chair, phone and co. shirts. Example of just how cheap (and potentially illegal) their policies are - Due to a bad winter storm, the office was closed for a day by order of the management. All employees were docked 8 hours of PTO for a 'vacation day'

Pros

Some of the lower level employees have been nothing but kind and respectful. They really taught me to value myself and strive for better things. Can be utilized as a building block into another industry or as relative experience.

Cons

I can't begin to stress how rough it was for new students coming in expecting a traditional engineering job. It is far from traditional, when you join in you get introduced into the industry as an installation technician. Which isn't bad by any means, you learn a lot of useful things. However, as a salaried individual you are expected to work weekends. ABYSMAL PTO, over the span of my first 4 months of full time work (including weekends). I had barely accumulated a days worth of PTO. There's no such things as sick hours or sick leave at Ford, you have to utilize PTO in case of doctors appointments or if you're sick. Overall, as a new graduate. You can be easily exploited in this system as an underpaid, overworked professional.
