Great to learn bad with workers

There is a lot of videos and hands on experience that you can learn to help you better in your career.

Cons

They don't know how to handle their people. There is a high turn over rate and it seems that the president of the company does care. They are not addressing why people are leaving nor do they care. They will give you more work and then get upset with you that you can do the work of 5 people and you are behind.

-Polices are Company centered instead of Worker Centered -Don't expect management to help you, expect them to think of Ford -Culture is rough at best -Never felt like Ford wanted me to stick around

Insane Micromanagement. Every minute must be logged even for salaried employees. Minimal training, unclear expectations and harsh consequences for unrealized mistakes. Refusal to improve practices. Zero growth potential
