Where do I start??? Let’s start with integrity... the 5 star reviews are obviously fake. Your culture is so toxic that you have to lie on glass door and coax people into writing good reviews. Read every bad review, they are spot on. If you are a highly skilled professional in your field and love being told EXACTLY what you need to do, this is the place for you!! Look at the photos they posted to make this appear like a super fun place to work. What a joke. We have vending machines from the 80’s and truck stop clean bathrooms. If you are a salaried professional be prepared to log in and out like you work in toothpaste factory or a call center in Hyderabad. Every policy and interaction screams “we don’t trust you, you aren’t as smart as we are”. Do you like feedback on your performance? How about exclusively negative feedback and then a performance review whenever they feel compelled to give you one. And you guessed it, don’t expect any positive feedback or a raise. Literally have not been told “good job”...ever. Mentoring and coaching? Nope. ...”if you need help, just ask questions “????? We have a profit sharing program which sounds amazing to offset the incredibly low pay...but it should really be called “the dangling golden carrot fund”. You’ll have to be dredged through the mud for 7 years to get the other 50% of the profit share where it will then be spoon fed to you each year until you retire. If you leave for any reason, you forfeit it! In other words, it’s really THEIR money that they will invest for you and earn interest on if you don’t make it to retirement. This ain’t green grass over here folks...it’s brown and crispy. More turnover here than Taco Bell.
