Pros

Even though I was hired in a new territory for Ford AV, the support, communication, and on-going training never waivered, I was able to get an answer to any question quickly. Sales Center was top notch, Great People!

Cons

For a new territory, our cost was high compared to competitors who had territory advantage from being there 40+ years...getting established proved to be a challenge.

Pros

Ford-AV training is fantastic, and they'll teach you even if you're coming with very little experience. If you care to stick it out and put in the effort, you will have a place here for a long time.

Cons

Ford-AV shares a lot of resources between divisions, including employees. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it means employees are expected to travel very frequently for jobs. While traveling, installation crews are expected to share rooms; this means little privacy and the occasional uncomfortable situation. This may be a dealbreaker for some.

Cons

-Massive amounts of travel -Upper level management gives little regard for employee morale. We would often be given the excuse of "Well that's just the way it is." Or, "I wish you would have said something, not saying anything would change but we like to know."
