Pros
* Great work life balance if you are not a manager * Overall nice culture, but still depends on the organization/team you are in. It is possible to switch teams internally if you would like * Management actually listens to your feedbacks, will make improvements to processes and policies when possible * Clear goal for each PI for the organizations, teams and individuals * Minimum time wasted on meetings (5-10 mins a day) if you are not a manager and are in a good team
Cons
* Not the best benefits * They are calling everyone back to office, depends on your position, 2 or 5 days a week * Zero support for immigration process. (No LMIA, will NOT provide any documents/proof when it comes to immigration purposes) * Pathetic food court at the Ottawa location, extremely poor selection and way too expensive
