Team-oriented environment, cross-department collaboration, supervisors who have a personal connection with their employees

Cons

The company is still growing, so their are growing pains in certain areas, but nothing that sticks out as a major "con"

I have worked for several great companies but this one takes the cake! Culture of support, learning, and focus on clients from every department

Challenges consistent with any growing company. Most employees wear multiple hats, but still help each other when needed

This is, hands down, the best company I have ever worked for. The CEO sets the company culture - which is incredibly ethical, customer-focused, and extremely respectful. Amazing colleagues, passionate about helping public-sector organizations, successful and growing company - I highly recommend Forecast5!
