      Many people at the company seem to genuinely care about employees

      Cons

      A lot. Disorganised. Corporate HR. Politics abundant, makes any sort of progress slow and frustrating. Struggling to figure things out post-merger.

      Pros

      Before the merger(s), all companies involved had much better culture and leadership. Best place I ever joined. Every line employee I worked with was phenomenal.

      Cons

      No direction for literal years, trying too little too late now, lots of faith in people who have no direction and don't care about customers or employees, just bottom line stuff.

      Post acquisition of Collage.com the culture was rough and never improved. The company is now in its 2nd or 3rd round of layoffs due to mismanagement of resources.
