Cons

-Hybrid/Flex work is a myth. Long hours and forced weekend work not standard for any corporate job. -Lack of Advancement -Poor Management from the CEO to Mid level managers -Finger Pointing/Blame Game -Lack of Plan for the company’s move to Madison -Nothing is documented. No Audits/Reviews of Internal Procedures.
