Top heavy mid management that lack the ability to demonstrate performance. A lot of yes man/women that need to be heard accountable or demoted.

Pros

Health insurance is fantastic. Plant people are great for the most part.

Cons

No direction, no future, no leadership. Endless supply of senior something or others, meanwhile plants are running people ragged on skeleton crews. Executive team is nothing but a bunch of con artists.

Great insurance, co-workers, decent pay if you can handle the stress.

Cons

Forced overtime, work holidays ( even Christmas ), very weak union, not much if any employee appreciation / recognition.
