Pros

Health insurance is fantastic. Plant people are great for the most part.

Cons

No direction, no future, no leadership. Endless supply of senior something or others, meanwhile plants are running people ragged on skeleton crews. Executive team is nothing but a bunch of con artists.

New HR structure and CHRO has crippled the organization. With people being the heart of any organization, FFUSA has shown that they take the Human out of Human Resources.

Pros

The health insurance and retirement were great.

Cons

They are going through Business Transportation, this has caused great stress to the company. As a result they are starting a partnership with another company. In the last two months they have taken drastic measures to cut overhead. Several Senior Directors, VP's, and Managers have been relieved of duty. Until they find some stability I would suggest staying away.
