      Pros

      The office is pretty empty on a regalar basis so if you like quiet time you might like it?

      Cons

      my opinion: this place is run by a bunch of know it alls who literally do not care about your opinion. No teams are collaborative. Bunch of fools acting like they don’t have stinky butts!

      Appreciate your feedback, though it’s disappointing that you feel strongly enough to get personal here. Over the past year, we’ve set up several open forums in your SDR organization and beyond to gain feedback and collectively implement solutions. This includes encouraging employees to assemble and join tiger teams where peer-run groups work together and make decisions on how we can make Forescout an even greater place to work. Activities like this actually led our SDR employee satisfaction survey to increase 15% in just a year, bringing us close to 100% satisfaction. If you haven’t participated in our feedback sessions, I encourage you to voice your concerns there, with the tiger teams or to your manager — I would love to hear what solutions and ideas you have. We take this very seriously and are so proud that the SDR organization shows such high ratings. Please get involved and help us work to improve even more. -Steve

      Okay Place to Work

      Pros

      Flexibility in work schedule. Fairly stress-free work environment.

      Cons

      Promotions unlikely. Mismanagement of budget spent on travel and entertainment (so if you work in Sales or the Exec staff this is actually a bonus). Almost no progress ever gets made in the back office or sales support roles because of the strangulation of the teams working in silos and unwillingness to change dated processes. No budget to assist with implementing technology to streamline workflow because of previously stated travel and entertainment budget. Lots of managers to avoid. Almost all managers need corporate leadership training.

      Appreciate your feedback. With our rapid growth, many processes are being built in real-time. This can create some understandable frustrations, but we're working diligently to scale as quickly as possible. Regarding leadership training, we recently rolled this out to director level managers and above to further develop the skills of our leadership team. If there is a role or work that you're interested in taking on, I encourage you to speak with your manager about expanding your scope. We want to enable you to grow your career here at ForeScout and certainly have enough work to go around! -MDC

      Stay away from Forescout

      Pros

      There is nothing positive about Forescout. This was a team oriented, results driven company before private equity firm Advent acquired Forescout in 2020. Now it is a dumpster fire!

      Cons

      Advent has squeezed every penny from Forescout, including significantly cutting employee benefits in Jan 2022. There have been numerous layoffs and cutbacks affecting virtually every department. Advent has given preferential treatment to the incompetent staff it has brought in to the detriment of the existing employees, many of whom have thrived at Forescout for years. Needless to say, morale is terrible creating exceptionally high turnover across all departments.
