      Flexibility, diversity of experiences, the people are smart, innovative and fun to work with

      Cons

      New positions/opportunities are given to external people or colleagues who are friends of the hiring manager(s). The exceptions to this are promotions within the SE organization.

      Possibly of remote work but w travel as needed which is ok. Smart and extremely savvy technical folks. That's the company's asset

      Horrific and inefficient management. Trerrible churn. Things get done 3 or 4 times as a norm. Folks get burned out. Management is so narcissistic
