      Pros

      Strong product, good leadership, great culture, good people, diverse, great benefits, great compensation. If you have good work ethic, are visible, lean in, you will be recognized. We are in growth mode and there is tons of oppty. A positive attitude and being flexible to change goes a long way here at ForeScout!

      Parking, but we are moving to a new building ;-)

      Pros

      There are none. Don't be fooled by anything they say to recruit you.

      Cons

      There is not enough white space to detail how toxic and badly broken ForeScout is. From DeCesare's cronyism culture to the cutthroat back-stabbing Machiavellian management, and the revolving door of people in between, IMHO I've never seen a more dysfunctional organization.

      Great place to work, but worse than it used to be

      Pros

      Challenging and fascinating work Great technology Fantastic salary and benefits package Really great peer group. Smart and fun people. Founders are still heavily involved Low staff turnover

      Cons

      Over the past year, the company has started becoming top management heavy with most of the senior management and above being filled from outside. This makes people wonder about promotion opportunities from within. New senior level staff add a lot of micro management and beuracracy making work slower. Culture is not as great as it once was. Expectation of very long work weeks.
