People are friendly, helpful and work hard. Good products that are well received by customers. Health benefits are great and lunch provided daily - yet oddly no matching 401K

Cons

Executives don't appear to care about employees and do a poor job of communicating the company vision and direction

Nothing really. It has that "startup" mentality, where things can get a little crazy, but that's hardly a Con.

Innovative and forward thinking. Very supportive of its employees. Growing very quickly and lots of opportunity around the world for the right people.

Cons

Must be adaptable and willing to change. Things come up daily that require us to act fast. Sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
