Stay away. The company used to be great prior to 2020. New acquisitions and upper management changes are horrible. I wouldn’t come back even for a raise. Terrible company culture. Dog eat dog mentality. Do not care about their employees, especially the new HR department. Only worried about cutting corners and employees and making sure they sit comfortable at home doing very little , I witnessed personally the disengaged HR team. Honestly the worst!

Great pay and benefits. Anyone who says the benefits are lacking hasn't worked for a crappy company that doesn't invest in their employees. They're just bitter about going from 93% to 90% cost coverage! Welcome to reality and it could be WAY worse. 401k Matching - a must have! Executive leadership is truly interested in doing the right things for the company and the employees - internal promotions, diversity, compensation leveling, opportunity for growth, work/Life balance. Best in class technology - tired and true. No "start-up" risk of failure. Smart, talented, driven co-workers.

Cons

The "great resignation" has hit Forescout hard as it has many technology companies. Some teams are too lean right now which creates a lot of work for the individuals on teams hit hardest. Some of the more tenured employees can't let go of the "good old days" and transform with the company. Lots of bitterness and resentment. It's a different company with different leadership and a different vision then it was 5 years ago. There's no going back now. People need to make a decision to commit to being successful or leave.

Company culture is if our services work 70% of the time , We are good . What ever happened to 4 nines. Always trying to cut corners , everything will be decided by folks from Tel Aviv , overnight changes would be made to code base, talk about being cowboys ,Mgmt team is ex symentec , after running symentec to the ground now it is time to move to the next company , Most of the US workers have either left or are leaving . One team just upped and left , looks like they knew where this company was heading , come back here in 2 yrs and check my review
