      Pros

      Working with my direct team is amazing and we have strong Women in leadership positions on the team which is amazing to see

      Cons

      A lot of things changing in the right direction, however, working through so much change at one time can present its challenges with an already tight workload. Hoping for things to settle once change is implemented and for primary systems not to change so frequently.
