Terrible management. Managers hire people with relationships and not qualified at all. They hired some employees with nothing to do and many tasks for others. The product is very old, out of date technical stack with no future.

Significant changes after being purchased by PE. Nearly all of management has been replaced, and the company is cutting expenses everywhere they can. Full benefits, but not nearly as good of coverage as they had prior to PE.
