Most coworkers are helpful and respectful.

Cons

No competitive 401k match, most people are overworked, VERY VERY political ; leaders such as CPO, CFO and CAO are CC’ed in most emails regardless if it is the smallest request or issue. Good to get experience but not for long term commitment.There was noticeable favoritism in the accounting team based on nationality.
