      The benefits are good and the future could be great with the right leadership.

      Cons

      There seems to be a gap between leadership and the individual contributors. There’s not a lot of communication on strategy and releases. Many would like to see the CEO more engaged with our customers. Since June, plans have been in place for a massive reorg resulting in many wondering where they will land. The uncertainty and lack of transparency and direction is creating infighting. In keeping up with most high tech firms, Forescout doesn’t offer any form of equity which is a total disappointment especially to those who are weathering the change.

      Some very good people. Strong on technology front.

      Cons

      Advent is strangling the company. All management can do is focus in what Advents demands and cannot get time to grow the business.
