      Pros

      Nice people, very collaborative environment even if remote, caring management and leadership, great product, internal career growth, and company is profitable.

      Cons

      Too many good people have left and no career path for some roles.

      Great culture. Good benefits. Good customer base and established product. Nice roadmap ahead for future to become a $1B ARR company.

      Cons

      nearly not as aggressive as one would think considering it is a private equity owned company. all the good technical work is done in Tel aviv or netherlands. US does all the crap work.
