none , used to be a good company not any more

Cons

Company culture is if our services work 70% of the time , We are good . What ever happened to 4 nines. Always trying to cut corners , everything will be decided by folks from Tel Aviv , overnight changes would be made to code base, talk about being cowboys ,Mgmt team is ex symentec , after running symentec to the ground now it is time to move to the next company , Most of the US workers have either left or are leaving . One team just upped and left , looks like they knew where this company was heading , come back here in 2 yrs and check my review

-Great health/dental/vision insurance - ForeScout covers majority of it -401K matching -Compensation is competitive, though they are now cutting costs and hiring mainly in Texas location -Finance organization used to be great and everyone was close and work well together until they changed the whole management, as the company went private in 2020

Cons

-Majority of the finance team left the company or got let go due to change of new management, likely due to cost cutting and management's decision for relocation. -New managers in the finance/accounting team don't really engage with their team or care about their personal growth. -Due to high turnover rate and letting go of employees, the workload is piled onto existing employees
