      Wild ride, now on the road to real success

      Pros

      Great culture, lots of recent leadership changes , but all for good reason. Product and company future looks good.

      Cons

      Still working on good alignment between product and sales org. it is happening, but resources, direction and future product state isn't 100% clear. Late on getting into Cloud capabilities, but it is slowly happening. Not current leaderships fault.

      Pros

      Good initial compensation, great work/life balance, good benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of the engineering budget is focused in Tel Aviv, if you are outside, don't expect to work on any innovative projects. Most of the technology is 10+ years old with years of accumulated technical debt and bugs. Like many other big companies, there are some people that truly care and are competent that keep things moving forward, while others sit back and ride the coattails. Also lots of restructuring and constant changes.
