      Pros

      Great environment, technology, value prop, and energy. Our customers need and like what we do and the problems we solve.

      Cons

      As a newly public company, the rub between maturing the organization and remaining nimble can clash. Lots of good ideas come from across the organization but prioritization can be a challenge.

      Energetic and Dynamic Culture

      Pros

      Product is rock solid and employees bend over backwards to help each other. This is a fast paced, high growth and fun company to work for that is hitting its stride at the right time. Employees are held accountable and there is opportunity for career advancement.

      Cons

      Upper Mgmt could be a little more accepting of feedback, but overall they have done a great job moving this company in the right direction.
