      Too many CEOs in a short time, company lost direction.

      The company has undergone many changes since being taken private. The current CEO has brought a lot of discipline and rigor to managing the company, as well as a clear vision for the future. Forescout is very much on the right track.

      nothing much to discuss as of now.

      The talent team takes a longer time to set up interviews and the process is lousy. They tend to plan their own comfort first. They dont respond on time.

      Cutting on costs while buying companies No clear career progression plan Unqualified management and upper management. Lack of technical leadership Disengaged and disconnected CEOs (doesn't know the strong points of the products) Low Salaries Old technology stacks (CTOs probably don't know a lot about cybersecurity)
