Pros

I didn't find any pros. I don't think any sane person would want to work here after knowing the harsh reality.

Cons

The upper management of this company is not good. THE LEADERSHIP IS POOR. As a result, EVERY EMPLOYEE IS WORKING ON MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY. It leads to excess stress, exhaustion, and disruption of work-life balance. I felt awful the entire time I was here. Anyone who can avoid this workplace will be making a smart move. THIS CIRCUS IS NOT WORTH IT. BEWARE!

Pros

Foresight Intelligence is a well received in our industry because we strive to do what is right. The company has a solid base product and is expanding into other sectors of the industry with new technology and services. Our leadership team is phenomenal at identifying what market trends need to be addressed and our team moves rapidly.

Cons

COVID distancing is difficult at times, but we have a number of employees who go into the office each day and are always a joy to speak with.
