      The people at Foresite are amazing. I feel extremely valued as an employee. There are great opportunities for individual/professional growth.

      Cons

      The pay is not commensurate to market value. It's extremely low when compared to industry average. If they hope to maintain a competitive edge, an increase in base salary is essential.

      Company puts a lot of emphasis on employee growth. The work life balance is great. Management does a good job of encouraging employees and making you feel appreciated. Management is transparent about state of company, future opportunities, etc.

      Cons

      Heavy work load at times, but manageable if communicating properly with managers and colleagues.
