Pros

It's better than nothing. You can build your resume here. There are some interesting projects to work on. The main office location is away from traffic.

Cons

The Board doesn't seem very interested in running the company. The technically competent people are mostly on the bottom. The company is likely to be acquired or go under.

Great benefits and perks. We regularly attend professional sporting events and partake in weekly happy hours- all paid for by our company.

The process of getting things approved by corporate is a whip

Great life work balance, good pay

Cons

Management is secretive and almost non-existent. Kind of an on your own mentality. Good pay isn't worth the stress, non-team environment.
