Pros

-National Company on the NYSE -Large company with small regional/division offices -Upper management is hands on with all employees. For example, the CEO and CFO will visit the smaller offices to meet employees. There aren't a lot of companies this size that has that type of culture - Workload is manageable

Cons

- Company isn't adapting to new trends of remote/hybrid - Company is not paying as much as competitor at the same positions - Incentives are performance based for office rather than individual
