Pros
Working at Forge has been an excellent way to further my career and my ability to build impactful software. The Forge engineering team has a focus on delivering customer value at a rapid pace and focusing on modeling the essential complexity of any problem they are getting ready to tackle. Unlike companies I have worked with in the past, I rarely hear senior leaders advocating for a particular technology without framing their case in terms of how it will allow us to deliver better long-term value for the customer.
Cons
The lack of an office culture (primarily remote company) feels like it limits collaboration.
