      Pros

      Forge is awesome new startup. They are great for full stack developers. They have competitive benefits. And they are growing very quickly. Everyone that works at Forge is very smart and friendly.

      Cons

      Perhaps not best for someone that wants to work at a large tech company instead of a startup. There are not as many locations yet for in-person work.
