      Pros

      Forge offers great work-life balance, especially with our remote-first culture. We have unlimited PTO, and people take it. Senior leadership is approachable, as well as everyone I work with.

      Cons

      We are pretty top-heavy. We have a lot of goals, that are achievable, but I believe there are too many decision-makers and not enough executioners.

      Was there early on, helping to build an extraordinary platform for trading and investing into VC-backed private equity.
