Management culture is a crock pot of political, retaliatory, and inconsistent behavior. The managers execute their own agenda at the cost of impacting others’ timelines. Deadlines are arbitrary but strongly adhered to; the expectation is 10–12 hour days plus weekends. Leadership encourages employees to raise concerns, but only as a way to identify who will be “trouble.” There is a concerning disregard for safety, quality, and process improvements.
