- They are working extremely hard to meet a timeline so your personal time and obligations will go out the window unless you stand firm, otherwise they will take advantage - It's all down to good or poor management so make sure you are asking the right questions before you accept a job here - They are converting from startup to corporation so don't go in expecting a cheery startup environment - it's in flux - When it comes to promoting to management, it's a lot of times based on tenure and not if someone has to appropriate skills to manage people
