Toxic Culture, Horrible Place to Work

Cons

Completely toxic environment. Management is made entirely of people with no leadership or communication skills. Not only is management unsupportive, they are outright hostile and do everything they can to blame and discourage their employees. The culture is SO negative, and preys on people’s passion for sustainability by forcing everyone to hold unrealistic work hours (regular 10 to 12 hour days, and slack messages throughout the night that you’re expected to respond to). The product doesn’t work, and the C suite and management take it out on their hard working employees. Please save yourself the stress and do not work here; if I could go back in time I would have never accepted the job offer

Cons

Had three different managers in a short period, constant changes with no clear processes, and a misleading approach of 'moving slow to go fast' that only caused inefficiency. Management was unwilling to address concerns, often leaving the manufacturing team to figure out issues on their own.
